“We were so lucky to get last minute accommodations at Stanley’s and it was the icing on the cake of a 5 week road trip. Rob at Stanley’s was fantastic and even remembered to invite us to the weekly fish fry when we booked 2 nights last minute. We were not expecting any vacancy but lucked out – most book year after year for minimums of 1 week. Rented a boat and caught 4 nice small mouth bass (live released) and saw 7 bald eagles – most up close. The hospitality, the location, the natural beauty and comradery make this a must stop. Wish it was closer to Kingston Ont our home town as it would be an annual family vacation.”
